B-Skill continues to invest in staff development and as a result has once again been accredited with the Investors in People Standard.
As a training organisation B-Skill understands the importance of investing in the development of the skills and knowledge of its staff. Staff who are well trained and supported are happier and more confident in their roles. This makes for a more productive working environment and a better service for our customers. Thanks to the enthusiasm and dedication of its staff B-Skill has managed to retain the Investors in People Standard since it was first awarded in 2001.
