B-Skill Ltd show how their services have really made a difference at NHS Barnet.
Within hospitals and other healthcare services there are many inevitable concerns that arise with regards to infection and cross contamination throughout the entire facility. One area that has become a government target for improvement is the standards of hygienic practice within food preparation areas.
NHS Barnet recognises the importance of infection control and already has its own policies in place, such as the Clean Your Hands campaign. Their two restaurants have already achieved five stars for good Food Hygiene as part of the 'Scores on the doors' scheme. In addition to this, however, they have contracted B-Skill Ltd to deliver Food Hygiene training to a number of their staff in order to meet the government targets.
NHS Barnet covers one of the largest London Boroughs and services 367,000 people with 2 community hospitals, as well as 12 health centres and clinics.

The two things that stood out most about B-Skill for NHS Barnet was the good communication between the two organisations and that the quality of training has been excellent.
