B-Skill have a dedicated Quality Team consisting of the Business/Quality Improvement Manager, Internal Auditor and the Quality Administrator. Together, with the help and support of all B-Skill staff they continuously gather feedback on the quality of B-Skill's services and strive to make improvements.
B-Skill aim to provide our customers with innovative services and products that meet or exceed their expectations.
B-Skill staff are expected to become involved in continuous improvement and development activities and to recognise that improving quality often requires changing working practices and attitudes.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the quality improvement of training provision offered by B-Skill, we are currently working towards achieving the Training Quality Standard which is an assessment framework designed to recognise the best organisations delivering training and development services to employers.
