Apprenticeship Training soon to be available with B-Skill Ltd

B-Skill Ltd, a national training provider to the support service and facilities management sectors are to now offer a number of apprenticeships for young people.

The government are really supporting and investing in apprenticeship training this year as youth unemployment is at an all time high and the job market is expected to recover more slowly for young people than for adults. Even though the emergency budget earlier this year cut £6.2 billion from public spending, some of that money was re-invested in key areas, such as apprenticeships.

B-Skill now look forward to working closely with our partners, both existing and new to deliver apprenticeships in a variety of vocational subjects including Facilities Management, Business Administration, Customer Services, Team Leading and Cleaning. This is down to successful partnership working with businesses who have identified a potential need for apprenticeship training for their staff and a very strong belief that every young person has potential, they just need an opportunity to develop their skills. B-Skill are determined to build on this success and aim to deliver apprenticeship places for 16 to 18-year-olds and 19 to 24-year-olds this year.

Apprenticeships can make your organisation more effective, competent, productive and competitive by addressing your skills gaps directly. Apprentices learn while they work, so their knowledge is up-to-date. because their training is on the job, the practical skills they gain are the ones that are right for your business. Apprenticeships offer your business training for all your existing staff and new recruits in a wide range of areas, relevant training designed by business for business. Apprenticeships are available to people aged 16 to 18 years of age, 19 to 24 years and 25+.
