Reporting to the National Business Manager you will be responsible for providing a first class support service to Work Based Learning Assessors in the occupational areas of Cleaning and Support Services, Facilities Management, Customer Service, Business Administration and Team Leading across the regions. The post holder will be mainly office based for up to 3 days per week in order to check and audit the accuracy of Assessor completed paperwork.

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 Dependent on Skills and Experience

To plan and deliver Functional Skills qualifications in at least 2 subjects from Literacy, Numeracy and ICT. The role also encompasses Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to our young learners. To provide flexible teaching and support to candidates on the Youth programmes. Applicants must have proven experience of working with Basic Skills/Functional Skills learners. Applicants must have their PTLLS qualification/or equivalent. Applicants must be prepared to travel due to this role being based across our Blyth Centre and South Shields Centre.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 dependent on skills and experience

To ensure internal verification is carried out to the national standard of V1 award, Joint Awarding Body Guidance, NVQ Code of Practice, Funding Bodies and B-Skill Business Improvement Procedures. This postion will be 1 day per week.

You will be responsible for the building of a Modern Apprenticeship Programme within B-Skill. The post holder will build, develop and lead a team of delivery staff in order to successfully, competently and effectively deliver a Modern Apprenticeship programme against targets. The Modern Apprenticeships Manager must be willing and prepared to travel nationally to meet the requirements of the role. We are looking for candidates that have a Degree or Level 4 Management qualification or equivalent. An IAG qualification is also essential and an teaching qualification i.e. Cert Ed, or willing to work towards qualification.

Salary: £30,000

To be part of an effective marketing and recruitment team which consistently works towards achieving required results of B-Skill Ltd on a national basis. The position involves contacting prospective Customers by Telephone/Email/Letter correspondence to generate interest in the training and services of B-Skill Ltd and to book appointments for our Regional Teams to follow up and sign up identified learners. The role will involve the inputting, updating and ongoing maintenance of data on the in house CRM system (Microsoft), dealing with customer service enquiries, following up prospects and converting sign ups in line with LSC profiles. Proven experience working in a Business Development, Sales or Customer Service Environment is essential and experience dealing with clients and customers both face to face and on the telephone.

Salary: Commission Only

Salary: £27.5K OTE

Based in: Central Regional Office

Reporting to the Business Manager you will be responsible for providing a first class assessor service in the occupational areas of Cleaning and Support Services across the geographical area of the North West & Yorkshire. Assessors must be A1 Qualified and be willing to travel to meet the requirements of the role.

Based in: Head Office | Yorkshire and North West Regional Office

Salary: £27.5k OTE

Based in: South Regional Office

To plan and deliver Construction, Personal & Social development, and communication skills to E2E learners. You will develop constructive relationships with, train and support young people on the entry to employment programme and young people on placement from school.

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 Dependent upon qualifications and experience
