Everybody who took the course has thoroughly enjoyed it. Shumba Mambo the B-Skill trainer helped everybody in their awareness of health & safety, in particular the importance of cleaning and colour coding.
Before undertaking BICS Assessor training the candidate must have completed 10 BICS tasks (stage 1).
BICS Assessor awareness training is a one day course. There is a half day taught session which addresses the assessment processes and underpinning knowledge required of an assessor. The second half day consists of practice and role play to ensure that candidates are equipped with the skills required to carry out competent assessment in the workplace.
When candidates have completed the BICS assessor training they may apply for moderation to become qualified BICS Assessors.
