Gladys Salkeld is the Regional Team Leader for the Northern region. Gladys along with Jennifer Milton, the National Adult Training Manager looks after all Adult programmes and services across the North East, North West and Yorkshire & Humberside.

Across the North East region, B-Skill also deliver youth training across three sites in South Shields and Blyth headed by 14-19 Manager Michelle Gladstone This training is primarily Entry to Employment (e2e) and foundation pre-vocational learning to young people aged 14 to 19.

Michelle comments: "We work strategically with several partner organisations. Our aim is to ensure that all young people have a chance to access training."

Our work in schools supports the development of an alternative and vocational curriculum and provides training in Construction, Customer Service, Sport and Leisure and Hospitality and Catering to pupils aged 14 to 16.

B-Skill also deliver a full range of training in industrial cleaning and car valeting (BICSc accredited training) which we can deliver either in our specialised centre in South Shields or on customers' premises.
