The BICS Food Premises Cleaning Certificate (FPCC) is awarded and moderated by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) and is nationally recognised within the Cleaning Industry. The course is for the qualification of cleaning operators within food premises. The FPCC covers all the practical cleaning tasks required in the cleaning of food premises and provides nationally recognised certification of competence to anyone carrying out these tasks. The qualification can be delivered in over a 2-day programme on site at times and dates that are suitable to the client.
