At B-Skill we strive for quality and innovation in the delivery of all of our services.
B-Skill’s Quality Team is led by Quality Improvement Manager, Karen Champion supported by Internal Auditor, Paul Gibson. Together, with the help and support of all staff they continuously gather feedback on the quality of B-Skill's services and strive to make improvements.
Karen comments: "We aim to provide our customers with innovative services and products that meet or exceed their expectations. B-Skill staff are expected to become involved in continuous improvement and development activities and to recognise that improving quality often requires changing working practices and attitudes."
