At B-Skill we strive for quality and innovation in the delivery of all of our services.

B-Skill have a dedicated Quality Team consisting of the Quality Improvement Manager, Internal Auditor and the Quality Administrator. Together, with the help and support of all B-Skill staff they continuously gather feedback on the quality of B-Skill's services and strive to make improvements.

B-Skill aim to provide our customers with innovative services and products that meet or exceed their expectations.
B-Skill staff are expected to become involved in continuous improvement and development activities and to recognise that improving quality often requires changing working practices and attitudes.

B-Skill hold a number of Quality Marks which recognise the high standards we work to uphold:

  • Grade 2 ALI Inspection named as one of ALI�s best providers in the Chief Inspectors Annual Report
  • Matrix Quality Standard for information, advice and guidance services
  • Investors In People
  • ISO 9001:2000 quality system

As part of our ongoing commitment to the quality improvement of training provision offered by B-Skill, we are currently working towards achieving the Training Quality Standard which is an assessment framework designed to recognise the best organisations delivering training and development services to employers.

B-Skill's Quality Team are always keen to listen to the views of learners and employers in order to improve our services. We welcome any comments either through answering surveys or contacting B-Skill direct.
