Entry to Employment (E2E) is a work-based programme for young people aged 16 to 18 who are not yet ready for an apprenticeship, a college course or employment. This courses is designed to help you gain experience in a supportive placement, learn to work as a team, provide information to colleagues and customers, assist with stock storage and order processing and receive training in manual handling.
