Entry to Employment (E2E) is a work-based programme for young people aged 16 to 18 who are not yet ready for an apprenticeship, a college course or employment. It is designed to meet your needs. You will be given ongoing support from both your tutor and your Connexions advisor. E2E gives you the chance to make new friends and develop new skills. It will help you build confidence, improve literacy and numeracy skills, be part of a team and experience work.
