Construction Entry to Employment (E2E) is a work-based programme for young people aged 16 to 18 who are not yet ready for an apprenticeship, a college course or employment. During the construction programme you will gain experience in a supportive placement, learn new skills such as woodworking, bricklaying, painting & decorating and tiling, in addition you will work towards achieving an accredited qulaification through CITB.
