Both Health and Safety at Work Act and Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations require employers to ensure safety of employees and arrangements and skills to deal with the risk of encountering conflict or aggression in the workplace. This training course equips staff with skills and techniques for dealing with violence and aggression in the workplace, and helps to develop a proactive approach towards workplace aggression.
