The BICS Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate (COPC) is awarded and moderated by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) and is nationally recognised within the Cleaning Industry. The course is for the qualification of cleaning operators. The COPC covers all the practical cleaning tasks required in the cleaning of buildings and provides nationally recognised certification of competence to anyone carrying out these tasks. The qualification can be delivered over a 2-day programme, on site at times and dates that are suitable to the client.
