Catering
The Catering Entry to Employment (E2E) is a work-based programme for young people aged 16 to 18 who are not yet ready for an apprenticeship, a college course or employment. During this course you will work towards a basic food hygiene qualification, develop new skills such as costing, budgeting and planning of menus. You will learn about food preparation and cooking and improve on Health, Safety and Hygiene awareness.
