Efficiency Report

An overall Efficiency Report designed to support and advise on:

Operational - Are current cleaning schedules defined, implemented and how efficient are they? How often are areas cleaned, how well and could this be improved? What is the environmental impact on of current provision? What levels of productivity and how do these relate to standards?

Financial - What are overall costs? How are they broken down and do they represent value? Are there any efficiency improvement opportunities and can these be linked to finance requirement needs to support working improvements?

Human Resources - How are staff recruited, inducted, motivated, trained and supervised? How effective are current shift patterns and how well is this managed?

Health & Safety - Are all required policies and procedures in place and how well are they implemented from an operatives day to day perspective?

The Efficiency Report summarises findings, identifies how to optimise hidden potential and is an aid in providing "Best Value". A "RAG" report (Red, Amber and Green) will also be provided highlighting the policies and procedures that are:

• Not in place but are required urgently (RED)
• Currently in place but could be improved (AMBER)
• Already in place and in line with "best practice" (GREEN)

Benchmarking Performance Report

B-Skill will measure cleaning performance needs of buildings in all areas, providing clients with an analysis report of their existing cleaning provision, identifying any areas that would benefit from improving standards, reducing and reinvesting of costs and providing the most efficient solution to the BICSc levels of performance. This therefore allows comparison with current practice and enables efficiency to be demonstrated.

B-Skill will provide an in-depth survey measuring and categorizing each internal and external area of the workplace. The survey captures building types, their usages and other key data. The information is entered into our data bank for analysis and evaluation against different criteria sets. Following this process a comprehensive schedule summary report will be generated. This document will provide individual workplace definitions with their associated cleaning tasks. Frequency requirement of tasks and expected time completions are also detailed in line with the latest industry and BICSc guidelines.
